SHAH ALAM, Sept 30 — Approximately RM601,400 has been approved for the Taman Mesra Apartment Roof Repair Project to address roofing problems and improve the residential facilities.
Its Joint Management Body (JMB) said it secured the approval with support from Sentosa state assemblyman Gunaraj George and relevant parties.
Its representative said the allocation was an important step towards resolving the roofing problems faced by residents, as well as improving the condition of the facilities at the apartment complex.
“This approval is a very meaningful development for all residents and represents an important step in efforts to address the roofing problems and improve the condition of the facilities at the Taman Mesra Apartment,” the representative said in a video.
However, several follow-up processes still need to be completed before the repair works can be fully implemented.
The representative added that all parties' cooperation and support are still needed to ensure the project can be realised and that improvements to other facilities can be carried out in stages.
The JMB hopes that the effort will improve the comfort and well-being of Taman Mesra Apartment's residents.
