SHAH ALAM, April 19 — Kuala Langat police are tracking down suspects involved in a fight at a restaurant in Bandar Rimbayu on Wednesday, believed to be over a reprimand for smoking.
“Initial investigations revealed a disagreement between the two parties where one of them was reprimanded for smoking, prior to a fight in which they assaulted each other,” Kuala Langat district police chief Mohd Akmalrizal Radzi said in a statement today.
He added that the case is being investigated under Section 160 of the Penal Code for disorderly conduct, which carries a six-month prison sentence, fine of up to RM1,000, or both, upon conviction.

Earlier, a 47-second CCTV clip of multiple people fighting at a restaurant in Telok Panglima Garang went viral on social media.
