SHAH ALAM, June 25 — The JobCare Selangor Career Roadshow for the Hulu Langat district will take place tomorrow at Dewan Dato' Ahmad Razali in Ampang from 9am to 4pm.

State executive councillor for human resources and poverty eradication Papparaidu Veraman said the programme, organised by the State Human Resources Standing Committee in collaboration with the Social Security Organisation, will bring together 20 leading employers offering a wide range of job vacancies.

"Interested candidates may attend, dressed appropriately, and should bring copies of their latest résumés and relevant certificates for the interview session.

“Various job vacancies are available, with interviews conducted on the spot. Other activities include career counselling, exhibitions by government agencies, and health screening services,” he said in a Facebook post.

Registration can also be completed at https://careerfair.myfuturejobs.gov.my/careerfair/socsocareerfair/daftarjobseeker.php?id=MjE1OA== or by scanning the event poster's QR code below.

Previously, Papparaidu said that over 70,000 employment opportunities, including high-income positions, would be offered through the JobCare Selangor Career Carnival throughout this year.

The state government has planned nine JobCare roadshow series this year, beginning in Kuala Langat, as part of efforts to expand employment opportunities for Selangor residents.

When tabling the 2026 Selangor Budget in November last year, Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said the career roadshow programme would be enhanced next year to include certification programmes and skills development initiatives.

To this, RM1 million had been allocated for the initiative as part of efforts to address unemployment.
