KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 3 — Selangor FC maintained their unbeaten run in the Asean Club Championship (ACC) 2025/2026 after being held to a 1-1 draw against Philippine side Dynamic Herb Cebu at the Rizal Memorial Stadium in Manila today.
The Red Giants started positively, controlling the game, but several of their attempts failed to produce a goal in the first half.
Selangor’s defence was tested late in the half when Esrom Paulos unleashed a powerful shot, but goalkeeper Kalamullah Al-Hafiz Mat Rowi made an excellent save.
However, Kalamullah was beaten in the 47th minute when a corner taken by Paulos was headed in by Abou Sy to give Cebu the lead.
Selangor later equalised through Lira, who diverted Autra’s cross to beat Jeridi.
Both teams created more chances afterwards, but no additional goals were scored, leaving the match tied at 1-1.
With the result, Selangor are now with five points from one win and two draws, while Cebu earned their first point of the competition.
