SHAH ALAM, Nov 5 — KTM Komuter services in the Klang Valley sector will undergo temporary platform changes at the Mid Valley and Seputeh stations from Tuesday (November 10) to December 4.
Keretapi Tanah Melayu Berhad (KTMB) said the changes are necessary because of ongoing infrastructure and track system upgrading works under the Klang Valley Double Track (KVDT) project between KL Sentral and Salak Selatan, which will be carried out in stages until December.
In a notice issued by KTMB, it said that Mid Valley station’s Platform 2 will be temporarily closed. Passengers boarding trains from the Mid Valley station will have to use Platform 1 throughout the period.
At the Seputeh station, Platform 1 will be temporarily closed, while train services will operate from Platform 2.
KTMB advises passengers to pay attention to station announcements about any changes to platforms and train services before starting their journey. Passengers may also seek further assistance from station staff on duty.
More information on KTM Komuter services is available on KTMB’s official website.
