SHAH ALAM, Sept 24 — Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah today called for stronger regional cooperation and knowledge-sharing in higher education to empower young people to become more innovative, resilient and entrepreneurial.
In a Facebook post, His Highness said higher education should go beyond the endowment of knowledge and instead equip young people with confidence, curiosity and sound judgment.
“May we continue to place people at the heart of progress and empower the next generation to build a wiser, fairer and more sustainable future,” Tengku Amir Shah said in a speech at the Entrepreneurship Education National Forum in Bangkok, Thailand, today.
His Highness also voiced appreciation for the Thai Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation Ministry for organising the event.
