“Throughout my involvement in business, I have tried various business models before focusing on developing Dr Flask. With the support of the business community at GM Klang, our business has continued to grow and we now operate several units here.
“In my view, digital platforms and physical stores complement one another. Digital platforms help with marketing and keeping up with current trends, while physical stores are important in building customer confidence in the brand and products,” he said.
