Miniatures, action figures draw hobbyists to KENA! Convention

BOOTHS and displays filled with ship models, action figures and meticulously designed dioramas were the main attractions for hobbyists at KENA! Convention at Summit USJ on April 11 and 12.

The miniatures on display weren’t just acquired collections; some were produced using 3D printers. Some hobbyists started with a passing interest that has resulted in them owning valuable personal collections.

Various action figures also stole visitors’ attention. The tall, detailed models were on display as collections and artworks, and drew long-term enthusiasts and amateur hobbyists alike.

Photojournalist FIKRI YUSOF recorded snapshots from the convention, capturing how this hobby has been a mainstay among its fans.
