SHAH ALAM, May 14 — The Self-Exploration Workshop jointly held by Yayasan Raja Muda Selangor (YRMS) and BAuto Training School, gives students less academically inclined a chance to gain skills in the motoring field.
YRMS chief executive officer Muhammad Syazwan Mohd Daut said the workshop drew 20 Form 5 students from SMK Taman Medan and SMK Taman Dato’ Harun.
“Students can (experience) an institution related to education and technical and vocational (TVET) training,” he told Media Selangor.

Syazwan said the workshop focuses on aspects of the automotive industry including the handling of high-voltage batteries, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and light detection and ranging (LiDAR).
He explained that the two-stage programme is held every year in each district, and centres vehicles handled by Bermaz Auto Bhd.
Earlier, Syazwan witnessed the handover of a Jugra topography-themed Mazda CX-8 to Raja Muda of Selangor Tengku Amir Shah from Bermaz Auto Group aftersales head Dato’ Shamsuddin Amran.
