KLANG, Jan 13 — Yayasan Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) or MBI continues to empower youth through sponsorship under the Hero-in-Auto Scholarship, amounting to RM115,000 for eight students of Carsome Academy.

The foundation's group chief executive officer Dato' Saipolyazan M Yusop said the sponsorship includes tuition fees, learning equipment, insurance coverage, living allowances, and career development modules.

“Part of this funding also utilises MBI’s wakalah zakat funds channelled under the asnaf fisabilillah category, in line with zakat governance principles that support the social development agenda.
