KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 10 — Central Spectrum (M) Sdn Bhd (CSSB) and Colform Sdn. Bhd. have formalised a Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of 7.31 acres of industrial land in Pulau Indah Industrial Park, valued at RM25.2 million.
The exchange ceremony was led by Mr. Amran Abdul Wahab, chief operating officer of Central Spectrum, and Mr. Kang Ket Hung, Managing Director Colform Sdn. Bhd., witnessed by Y.B. Tuan Ng Sze Han, Selangor State Executive Councillor for Investment, Trade and Mobility, together with Mr. Mohd Zapi Abdullah, Head of Land & Property Division, Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporation).
The exchange was held in conjunction with the Selangor Investment and Industrial Park Expo (SPARK), a highlight of the Selangor International Business Summit (SIBS) 2025 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
