KLANG, Nov 15 — Central Spectrum Sdn Bhd has unveiled Residensi Aluna, a modern housing development in Laguna Park, Pulau Indah, featuring two-storey terraced residences and a range of community amenities aimed at enhancing residents’ quality of life.
Residensi Aluna spans a 5.94-acre site and comprises 166 residential units offered in three layout types, with built-up areas ranging from 1,348 to 1,551 sq ft.
Its strategic location facing the Lumut Strait is expected to attract buyers who prefer contemporary seaside residences.
Central Spectrum chief operating officer Amran Abdul Wahab said the project not only showcases contemporary architecture but also aims to cultivate a harmonious seaside community.
“We have completed industrial developments covering more than 3,000 acres, including housing projects such as Residensi Aluna.
“These units come in three types, priced from RM527,000 to RM665,000.
“So far, piling work has begun, and we expect the project to be fully completed by October 2027,” he said during Residensi Aluna’s exclusive preview session here today.
To attract buyers, the state-linked developer is offering several promotions, including a 7 per cent discount per unit, a RM3,000 cash rebate, shopping vouchers, and a lucky draw featuring two electric cars and motorcycles.
Apart from residential development, the project also prioritises the importance of providing adequate public facilities.
During the ceremony, Central Spectrum handed over an 18-acre parcel to a government agency to facilitate the construction of a police station, fire station, health clinic, local authority office and public library.
The handover was witnessed by Selangor State Secretary Dato’ Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin.
According to Fadzli, the site obtained planning approval in 2008 and continues to undergo periodic updates.
“This land handover shows that Central Spectrum is not just building homes but also emphasises community development through the provision of public facilities.
“This project symbolises the balance between a modern lifestyle and environmental harmony,” he said.
