Resident Mohd Izhan Ramli, 40, said the #KitaSelangor Flood Disaster Contribution demonstrates the Selangor government’s concern for the people of Kelantan affected by the calamity.
“Many thanks to the Menteri Besar (MB) of Selangor Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari for the RM500,000 assistance to Kelantan.
“To us, this is a very significant contribution. As a Kelantanese, I am deeply moved and grateful for the Selangor MB’s care for the people of Kelantan,” he told Media Selangor.
Trader Mohd Ridzhuan Baharuddin, 37, said the support could aid in the repair of infrastructure in affected areas.

“This contribution is very helpful. Kelantan has its own allocation for flood assistance, but additional support from other states is even better.
"It allows for more repairs, particularly to infrastructure,” he said.
Previously, Amirudin announced a RM500,000 contribution to Kelantan as post-flood relief following last month’s disaster.
The #KitaSelangor Flood Disaster Contribution is aimed at assisting in the repair of infrastructure and public facilities severely damaged by the disaster in the state.
