KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 — Repair works at the Taman Melawati pump house following a burst pipe were completed at 1am today.
Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) Corporate Communications head Elina Baseri said water supply has been provided to 16 affected areas in Gombak and expected to be completed by 6pm today.
“All efforts are being made to speed up the supply recovery process and minimise the impact on consumers,” she said in a statement today.
She said water tankers will continue to be sent to the areas which have not received water supply.

She said that Air Selangor will advise on the progress of repair work from time to time through all Air Selangor official communication channels on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Air Selangor, Air Selangor application and its website, www.airselangor.com.
