KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — As at noon, more than 9,000 evacuees are still at the relief centres (PPS) in the five flood-hit states with Selangor, Pahang and Negeri Sembilan reporting a drop in the number of flood victims, while in Melaka and Kelantan, no change was reported.
