KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 9 — Traffic volume on the North-South Expressway (PLUS) increased this morning with more people taking the opportunity of the long week-end in conjunction with the Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration to go on vacation and return to their hometowns.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 24 — Traffic flow on the major expressways in the country is under control with no extraordinary congestion reported on major roads leading out of the Klang Valley this morning as city dwellers begin their journey home for the Christmas holiday.

SHAH ALAM, June 24 — The eastbound and westbound Hicom rest area on the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas) will be temporarily closed to the public from June 27 till July 19 due to upgrading work.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 8 — Traffic flow on major expressways in the country is under control and congestion is reported only in several areas in the north, south and east heading towards the Klang Valley as at noon today.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 18 — Ten people were killed in a road crash  involving three cars and a trailer lorry at the Shah Alam-bound USJ Rest & Recreation (R&R) area along the Elite Expressway late yesterday.

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 26 — Temporary bound closure and contra flow have been activated at Km 307- Km309 on the North-South Expressway between Sungai Besi Toll Plaza and the UPM Interchange from 10pm until 5am daily for eight days from yesterday until February 2.
