KUALA LANGAT, Jan 7 — Beyond sheets of red paper and strokes of black ink, the nostalgia of tradition was awakened during the Ban Siew Keng Temple Calligraphy Art programme.

PUTRAJAYA, Jan 20 — The National Unity Ministry has proposed that National Unity Calligraphy Day be observed annually on August 14, in conjunction with the World Calligraphy Day.

GUA MUSANG, Jan 20 — Chinese calligraphy is one of the important elements for the Tiong Hua community as the art can be used to symbolise joy and luck, and this is hung as decorations on the left and right sides of doors or buildings in conjunction with the Chinese New Year celebrations.
