PUTRAJAYA, Oct 26 — Visitors to Pantai Bagan Lalang have been advised to avoid activities along the beach following reports of a suspected crocodile sighting in the area.
Sepang district police chief ACP Norhizam Bahaman said they received a report late yesterday afternoon of an animal believed to be a crocodile spotted near a resort along the beach.
“For the safety of residents and tourists, police advise the public to refrain from activities along Bagan Lalang beach in Sungai Pelek,” he said in a statement today.
Norhizam added that the police will work with the relevant agencies to address the situation and take appropriate measures to ensure public safety.
