SHAH ALAM, Sept 7 – Additional exit lanes are being planned at the main entrance to Cybersouth, Dengkil, to help ease traffic congestion in the area.

State Secretary Dato’ Dr Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin said the improvements would be implemented through collaboration between the Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang) and the Selangor Public Works Department (JKR Selangor).

“The State Government, through MPSepang and JKR Selangor, will take improvement measures to facilitate traffic dispersal, including the addition of exit lanes and coordination with developers,” he said in a Facebook post.

Earlier, Ahmad Fadzli conducted a site visit to review several issues and strategic development projects in the Sepang and Kuala Langat areas.

Among them was the Jalan Langat Lestari work completion project, covering eight kilometres, which was completed on July 10.

The road project is part of development in the area, including the NCT Smart Industrial Park (NSIP), which is expected to boost job opportunities, economic activity and development in the surrounding areas.

Ahmad Fadzli also inspected the construction of the Sungai Kelambu-Genting Sanyen connecting road, which will provide a new route from Banting to Salak Tinggi and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

He added that the project reflected the State Government’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure development for the benefit and well-being of the people.
