VLADIVOSTOK, Aug 13 — Russia and Malaysia signed a protocol following a meeting of the Joint Russian-Malaysian Commission on Economic, Scientific, Technical, and Cultural Cooperation on Thursday and exchanged documents on cooperation agreements.
Sputnik/RIA Novosti reported that the protocol was signed by Russian Science and Higher Education Minister Valery Falkov and his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Zambry Abdul Kadir.
Memoranda of understanding were exchanged by the Russian National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute and MARA University of Technology, the Russian Institute of Experimental Medicine and MARA University of Technology, and the Russian University of Land Use Planning and Malaysia’s Tun Hussein Onn University.
The fifth meeting of the commission opened in Vladivostok on Thursday.
