SUNGAI BULOH, July 13 — Pakatan Harapan is expected to hold a post-mortem session tomorrow to review the findings from the 16th Johor state election's results before formulating improvements to its strategy for future elections.
Its election director Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari said the evaluation process is important to identify the factors that influenced the election outcome, enabling the coalition to reassess its approach and strengthen its existing strategies.
"We have not conducted a post-mortem yet. I think we will do so within the next few days, possibly tomorrow.
"Following the post-mortem, we will examine several key findings relating to the election results. We will certainly review a number of our approaches and strengthen our strategies so that we can achieve better results in future elections," he said.
Amirudin was speaking to the media after the groundbreaking ceremony for the new campus of Kuen Cheng High School in Bandar Seri Coalfields today.
Commenting on the impact of the Johor state election results on Harapan and preparations for the upcoming Negeri Sembilan state election, he said the outcome should serve as a reminder to the coalition's leadership and party machinery to continue strengthening cooperation and intensifying their efforts.
"It serves as a reminder to all of us. We certainly need to work harder, and everyone must work together to ensure that we win and retain Negeri Sembilan," Amirudin said.
