SHAH ALAM, March 30 — State executive councillor for public health and the environment Jamaliah Jamaluddin has expressed appreciation to all doctors serving in Selangor, in conjunction with World Doctors’ Day today.
She said the dedication and sacrifices of doctors on the front line in safeguarding public well-being are deeply valued and beyond measure.
“Highest appreciation and thanks to all members of the medical profession, especially those serving in Selangor and within the Selangor Health Department, for their unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and commitment in caring for the people’s health.
“In all circumstances, doctors are always on the front line, providing treatment, hope, and relief to those in need,” Jamaliah said in a Facebook post today.
She also called on the public to continue appreciating and supporting doctors to ensure the people's well-being remains safeguarded.
World Doctors’ Day, observed every March 30, is recognised globally to honour the contributions of medical professionals in ensuring public safety and health.
