KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 11 — Diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will cost three sen more at RM2.99 per litre, while it will remain at RM2.15 per litre in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan from tomorrow to February 18.
In a statement today, the Finance Ministry said RON97 and RON95 prices will remain at RM3.10 and RM2.54 per litre, respectively, for the same period.
Subsidised RON95 under the BUDI95 initiative will remain at RM1.99 per litre.
“The government will continue to monitor global crude oil price trends and take appropriate measures to ensure the people’s welfare and well-being,” it added.
