KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 21 — RON97 and non-subsidised RON95 will increase by 2 sen each to RM3.10 and RM2.54 per litre, respectively, from tomorrow to January 28.
The Finance Ministry (MOF) in a statement today said diesel in Peninsular Malaysia will cost 4 sen more at RM2.88 per litre for the same period, while prices in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan remain at RM2.15 per litre.
Subsidised RON95 petrol under the BUDI Madani (BUDI95) scheme remains at RM1.99 per litre.
“The government will continue to monitor global crude oil price trends and take appropriate measures to ensure the people’s welfare and well-being,” the statement read.
