SHAH ALAM, Dec 1 — An iconic trade event connecting the markets of China and Malaysia is set to take place in Kuala Lumpur! The 20th Malaysia International Branding Showcase 2025 and China-Asean Expo Exhibition Tour (Malaysia) 2025 will be held from December 4 to 6 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, serving as a “golden bridge” for Chinese enterprises to explore the Malaysian market.
The CAEXPO Exhibition Tour (Malaysia) 2025 will cover an exhibition area of about 500sqm for nearly 20 enterprises from Guangxi, Hunan, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong to showcase artificial intelligence (AI) application technologies and products, building materials, electronics and electrical appliances, intangible cultural heritage crafts, specialty agricultural products, food and beverages, China-Asean cooperation projects, and trade in services, among others.
This trade event aims to help Chinese brands seek business expansion opportunities, develop channels, build and enhance brand image, thus injecting new momentum into bilateral cooperation.
The 20th Malaysia International Branding Showcase 2025, which has been successfully held for 20 editions, has deeply integrated core business resources across Southeast Asia and brought together over 300 high-quality enterprises from China, Asean countries, Japan, South Korea, and beyond. By leveraging this well-established showcase, the CAEXPO Exhibition Tour (Malaysia) 2025 serves as both a key window for Chinese brands to “go global” into Asean and a crucial platform for industrial alignment between China and Malaysia.
A series of activities, including business matching sessions and investment promotion seminars, will be organised during the trade show from December 4 to 6 to facilitate efficient communication between buyers and exhibitors and explore collaboration opportunities.

The China-Asean EXPO (CAEXPO) is an international economic and trade event co-sponsored by China’s Commerce Ministry and its counterparts in Asean member states as well as the Asean Secretariat, and is organised by the People’s Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The annual trade show held in Nanning of Guangxi has propelled two rounds of upgrading of the China-Asean Free Trade Area (CAFTA) towards a 3.0 version, and helped elevate the bilateral relations between China and Asean to a comprehensive strategic partnership, playing an indispensable role in building an even closer China-Asean community with a shared future.

The annual transaction volume is 200,000 tonnes, forming a production-marketing model of “online-offline integration and full-chain services”.
