KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 18 — Media Selangor Sdn Bhd continues to cement its role in broadcasting quality information, now by participating in the Malaysia International Halal Showcase 2025 (Mihas).
Revenue generation cluster head Nursuziana Zulkifli said Media Selangor’s involvement in the event as a media partner is in line with its mission and vision to become a high-impact media agency.
She said the Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated), or MBI, subsidiary’s involvement in the country’s largest halal trade event proves Media Selangor’s goal to boost awareness on the importance of the halal industry locally and globally.

“Media Selangor doesn’t just cover the event; we also play an active role in promoting halal entrepreneurs, including micro, small and medium entrepreneurs (MSME), who are the backbone of the nation’s economy,” Nursuziana said.
She added that this endeavour proves Media Selangor’s earnest push to go beyond traditional media, with its comprehensive focus on segments including print and digital media, drone services, consulting, and advertising.
Attendees may visit the Media Selangor booth throughout the four-day event at Lot 7-P20, Level 2, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (Mitec), to enjoy various promotions.
Among them are advertising packages from as low as RM1,000 for MSME entrepreneurs and free ice cream for visitors who subscribe to the Media Selangor newsletter by scanning a QR code.

Media Selangor media planner Najwa Mohd Ghazali meanwhile said the company provides comprehensive media planning services, customisable per client request.
“We are ready to help from A to Z, be it in planning marketing campaigns, preparing promotional materials, or digital advertising. All our clients’ needs, we will help plan and realise,” she said.
The world-class Mihas features over 2,400 exhibits and is set to draw around 45,000 visitors from more than 80 countries — including Algeria, Congo, Costa Rica, Ghana, Mali, Norway, and Panama — making it the most influential halal trade platform globally.
China, Bangladesh and Nepal are the largest buyer nations, with each having sent tens of company representatives to Mihas.
