SHAH ALAM, Jan 19 — Bukit Gasing assemblyman R. Rajiv has made it his new year’s resolution to help more youth become homeowners.
He suggested building more Rumah Selangorku, especially in Petaling Jaya Selatan (PJS), with access to the public transport network.
“I will focus on redeveloping the PJS area, including by formulating a proposal for an MRT3 facility to be built here.
“In addition to reducing traffic congestion, this is to keep the youth of Bukit Gasing at home. For their comfort, I will work towards building these facilities,” he told Media Selangor.
When asked about his hopes for the year, Rajiv said he wants all policies, including the 2025 Selangor State Budget, to improve the people’s lives and well-being.
“It is also my hope that the diverse people of this state continue to live in harmony,” he said.
