Air Selangor upgrades app, website for better customer experience

SHAH ALAM, Dec 20 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) has introduced upgraded versions of its mobile application and website, aimed at enhancing customer experience through streamlined communication and improved service accessibility.

According to its chief executive officer Adam Saffian Ghazali, the enhancements are designed to optimise internal processes, enabling users to manage water bills, report supply disruptions, and receive real-time service updates more efficiently.

“With the technological expertise we possess, these enhancements will make users’ daily tasks faster and more efficient in various aspects, including monitoring their water usage trends and paying bills.

“This marks the first phase of our digital transformation to launch a super app and super web next year, as part of our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customer in line with our vision to become a leading water services provider in Asia by 2030,” he said in a recent statement.

Air Selangor’s upgraded mobile application and website offer enhanced features for seamless water account management, allowing users to log in using their user or business ID and manage multiple water accounts through a single platform.

Providing real-time water supply updates, enabling users to stay informed about their area’s water status. Customers can also manage bills, make payments at any time, and apply for services online while tracking their application progress conveniently.

Additionally, the platforms simplify reporting issues such as pipe bursts, metre leaks, or illegal water tappings.

For instant support, users can rely on Air Selangor’s virtual assistant, ‘Joy’, to address their enquiries.

Users are encouraged to download this new application starting from December 3 via the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery, as well as visit the new website at www.airselangor.com to enjoy an enhanced customer experience.
