SHAH ALAM, July 15 — Raja Muda Selangor Tengku Amir Shah on July 11 and 12 greeted the people during the Gagasan Rumpun Selangor Exploration Programme in Hulu Selangor.
The Selangor Royal Office said in a Facebook post that Tengku Amir visited Jeram for breakfast and joined a putu piring-making activity.
His Highness then left for the Kuala Selangor Stadium for the Tabika Kemas Potential Day launch, before visiting the biotechnology laboratory and enjoying fruits at Selangor Fruit Valley in Bestari Jaya.
Tengku Amir then visited small business Colla Cattle Farm to observe the latest technology in slaughtering cows.
His Highness’ tour was followed by a trip to SMK Bukit Kuching Tengah to watch a Wau Kapal exhibit and wau-making and wau-flying demonstration.

In the evening, Tengku Amir visited Kampung Kuantan to see the fireflies and dropped by Rumah Api Bukit Malawati.
On Friday, Tengku Amir greeted padi farmers at the Agrotechnology Park of Mardi in Tanjung Karang, where he handed over fertiliser contributions and rode in a hot air balloon to take in the sights of the area.
His Highness also made a trip to the Bukit Malawati Royal Mausoleum before attending Friday prayers at Al-Jannah Kampung Haji Razali Mosque.
Gagasan Rumpun Selangor was launched to strengthen the spirit of unity and community in the country.
The programme has been held in Hulu Selangor, Hulu Langat, Sepang and Petaling districts since February.
Previously, Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari announced RM4.5 million in the Selangor Budget 2024 to implement Gagasan Rumpun Selangor in nine districts.
