AMPANG JAYA, June 29 — Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari recited the takbir to celebrate Hari Raya Aidiladha with congregants at Masjid Al-Khairiyah Mosque in AU3 Taman Keramat yesterday night.
He arrived at 8.30pm, accompanied by the political secretary of area Rahim Kasdi, and was welcomed by the mosque committee.
The recitation of the Aidiladha takbir was led by mosque trustee Mohd Firdaus Ismail and his deputy Muhammad Muzammil Abdullah, along with over 150 congregants.
Amirudin then performed the congregational Isyak prayer led by Imam 1 Mohd Azam Mohd Salleh.
Before departing, the Menteri Besar took the opportunity to shake hands and take photos with the attending congregation.
