SHAH ALAM, Aug 12 — More than 2,300 affordable homes are being offered to visitors at the Malaysian Property and Housing Expo (Mapex) Shah Alam/Kuala Selangor 2022, held at Central i-City in Shah Alam.
Its chairman Loo Chee Yang said the locations for the affordable houses include those in Kuala Langat and Sepang, with prices starting at RM100,000 and upwards per unit.

"The Selangor Land and Housing Board (LPHS) is among one of the exhibitors offering affordable homes. In addition, we are also offering apartments starting from RM315,000, with a 10 percent discount in Bangi.
"Through the expo, various special offers are provided including financial packages that encompass not only affordable houses but condominiums, terraces and townhouses as well," he said during the opening ceremony earlier today.
The ceremony was officiated by state executive councillor for local government Ng Sze Han, which was also attended by Selangor Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association (Rehda) chairman Datuk Zaini Yusoff.
Mapex Shah Alam/Kuala Selangor 2022 is organised by Rehda Selangor, and will run for four days until Sunday (August 14) from 10am to 10pm, with 17 exhibitors participating.
Among the state government agencies involved in the exhibition include LPHS and the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS).
