GOMBAK, July 30 — Menteri Besar Dato' Seri Amirudin Shari presented donations to several underprivileged students studying at Azmida Technical College (ATC) in Sri Gombak earlier today.
The Sungai Tua state assemblyman also presented cash donations and daily necessities to 30 low-income families.
The ceremony was held at a lunch event, in conjunction with the Maal Hijrah celebrations organized by ATC.
ATC managing director Mohd Azmi Md Yeusoff was present to welcome the Menteri Besar's arrival.
Amirudin and the guests were also entertained with zapin and martial arts performances by the college students.
