SHAH ALAM, Dec 18 — Some 17 temporary relief centres (PPS) were opened in Klang and Kapar districts after several areas were flooded following a heavy downpour since yesterday.
Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said the state government will continue to monitor the situation closely.
“More PPS will be opened if needed. At the same time, the Team Selangor volunteers and the Selangor Volunteers (Serve) members will be deployed to help in distributing assistance to the floods victims,” he said on Facebook, today.
