SHAH ALAM, Aug 27 — Tourism Selangor will be offering attractive tourism packages at the Virtual Tourism Expo 2021 (VTE2021) which starts today until Sunday, says its general manager.
Azrul Shah Mohamad said packages from Eastin Hotel and Skytrex Sungai Chongkak are among those offered during the three-day online expo organized by the Digital Travel Technology Association of Malaysia (DiTTAM).
“In line with the uniqueness of the three dimensional (3D) exhibition that is a first in Malaysia, we are offering an exciting digital experience for visitors through the sharing of comprehensive information.
"I call on the public, especially tourism enthusiasts, not to miss the opportunity to grab the Tourism Selangor packages offered during the VTE2021," he said in a statement.
According to Azrul, apart from digital exhibitions that will be broadcast from 10am to 10pm, offline exhibitions are held 24 hours a day, all conducted without involving physical presence.
Organised with a business-to-consumer (B2C) concept, VTE2021 is a virtual marketing platform that gives people the opportunity to purchase promotional packages and sales directly from vendors.
The concept was introduced to make it easier for people to make choices and conduct online transactions more easily and efficiently.
Visitors are welcomed to join the virtual expo for free by registering at the VTE2021 website at vte2021.malaysiaexpo.net.
