PKNS launches 'PKNS PLUS' for new, yet-to-be sold properties

SHAH ALAM, Feb 26 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) will launch "PKNS PLUS", a new real estate sales programme tomorrow for new properties that it has built but yet to sell.

In a statement today, PKNS said the programme will go on till all its completed properties are sold out.

“Through the programme, prospective PKNS property buyers will enjoy a 20 per cent discount as well as various other attractive packages.

"Among the attractive packages are free legal fees and stamp duty as well as interior decoration packages in addition to the expected high return on investment in the future through the ownership of comfortable and spacious PKNS properties," the statement said.

The statement said that with the slogan "Add Rewards, Add Smiles", PKNS PLUS is a continuation of the success of the "48-Hour Must Buy" campaign last year, and focuses on PKNS' advertising and promotional aspects.

According to the statement, the name of the campaign is an acronym for the four great offers that PKNS property buyers will enjoy, namely P for potongan harga (discounts), L for lambakan pakej menarik (attractive packages), U for unit nilai tinggi (high-value units), and S for bagi selesa dan luas (comfort and spaciousness).

"For those who are interested in getting more information about the PKNS PLUS campaign, customer service will be resolved through the 5Ts namely tengok rumah (looking at the house), telefon PKNS (calling PKNS), tempah kediaman (booking a residence), terima tawaran (accepting an offer) and tidur lena (sleeping soundly).

For more information, contact the PKNS at 03-50220188 or visit www.pkns-property.com and Facebook PKNS Property.
