SHAH ALAM, Jan 11 — The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has provided three channels for the public to direct their complaints on damaged roads and potholes.

The local authority said this includes the i-Tegur application, which was developed by the Housing and Local Government Ministry.

"The application can be downloaded via Google Play and the App Store.

“Complaints can also be submitted through the Public Complaints Management System, which is accessible via moh.spab.gov.my,” said the local council on Twitter, adding that the third channel available is via the Waze Smart Pothole Selangor.

The public can also submit complaints to the MBPJ hotline at 03-79542020 or through the MBPJ eAduan application.

Complaints to the WhatsApp line at 0111-2018914 are only open during work hours.
