SHAH ALAM, Dec 16 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is set to launch a ‘48-Hour Year End Must Buy’ online campaign to drive property purchases this weekend (December 19-20).
PKNS chief operating officer Suhaimi Kasdon said the two-day online campaign which will be held for the second time targets sales of more than RM17 million.
“We currently have more than 300 housing units for sale, however, through this seventh campaign series, we are targeting to sell 27 units of various types.
“The properties are priced between RM440,000 and RM900,000 involving 20 projects including new residential areas such as the Puteri Aira in Kota Puteri, Saira in Port Klang and the Residensi Aurora in Cyberjaya,” he said during a press conference at the PKNS headquarters today.
He said homebuyers will be offered a discount of up to 20 per cent apart from receiving waivers to the legal fees and stamp duties.
“Homebuyers will also stand to receive interior design packages as well as units installed with smart home systems totalling RM15,000.
“Through this campaign, the homebuyer will only be required to pay the downpayment of as low as RM500 and we will assist them in applying for a bank loan,” he said.
Meanwhile, Suhaimi said the campaign that was introduced since November last year and which already underwent six campaign series, has recorded sales value of more than RM58 million to date.
