Bad weather caused low voter turnout in Pulai — EC chairman

JOHOR BAHRU, Sept 9 — The Pulai parliamentary by-election had a low voter turnout due to unfavourable weather conditions, said Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Ghani Salleh.

Election Commission expects more than 70pct turnout in Pulai, Simpang Jeram
