PUTRAJAYA July 18 — A provision in the Penal Code that criminalises men for enticing married women is unconstitutional and should be abolished, a lawyer told the Federal Court five-member bench today.

PETALING JAYA, March 2 — A former senior military officer was fined RM6,000, in default five months in jail by the Magistrate’s Court here today for seducing a married woman seven years ago.
