PUTRAJAYA, July 30 — The Human Resource Ministry (KSM) has instructed the Federal Territory and Selangor Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) to conduct an immediate investigation on yesterday’s incident in which an iron scaffolding collapsed at the Light Rail Transit 3 (LRT3) construction site in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 21 — The Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM) and Consulting Engineer Zaidun Leeng Sdn Bhd (ZLSB) have been instructed to prepare a detailed report within a week, on the scaffolding collapse at the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Highway (DASH) construction site on Saturday.
