BATU PAHAT, March 18 — The flood situation in the state is improving with only 21,127 victims compared to 23,663 last night, still taking shelter at temporary relief centres in two districts as of 8am.

JOHOR BAHRU, March 16 — The flood situation in Johor is seen to be receding, with the number of victims, as of 8am today, down to 31,680 compared to 33,254 at 8pm yesterday.
