KUALA LUMPUR, April 14 — Heavy rain and thunderstorm hitting most parts of the west coast of the peninsula is not an extraordinary or extreme weather phenomenon, says Department of Meteorology Malaysia (MetMalaysia) director-general, Jailan Simon.
