TASHKENT, June 24 — Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof has called on AirAsia X to add Samarkand to its routes, amid increased interest in holy sites in the region.

PUTRAJAYA, Feb 5 — Malaysia and Uzbekistan recognised the importance of strengthening their existing bilateral relations and expressed their shared commitment to elevating these ties to the level of strategic partnership in the future, according to a joint statement today.

KUALA LUMPUR, July 15 — Malaysia and Uzbekistan have agreed to expedite collaborative efforts in various fields, including trade, investment, energy, tourism and education, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
