SHAH ALAM, Aug 19 — Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has congratulated three local councils in the state on being awarded as among the top ten cities in the country with the highest levels of livability in the 2021 Malaysia Liveability Index (iDAM).
