KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 — Oscar-nominated documentary short ‘St Louis Superman’ producer, Poh Si Teng, who hails from Penang, has joined the Los Angeles-based International Documentary Association (IDA) as the new director of IDA Funds and Enterprise Programme.
