KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 7 — The Special Malaysia Disaster Assistance and Rescue Team (Smart) deployed to carry out search and rescue (SAR) operations in Türkiye is highly experienced with capabilities that meet international standards, says National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma).
