GENEVA, July 15 — There has been an increase in killings of and attacks against Palestinians by settlers and security forces in the occupied West Bank in recent weeks, the United Nations human rights office said today.

JORDAN VALLEY, July 5 — Thirty Palestinian families left their home in a remote area of the Israel-occupied West Bank yesterday, saying they were forced out after years of persistent harassment and violence by Israeli settlers.
