Man gets five months’ jail for arson threat if his father didn’t buy him a burger fast

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 29 — For threatening his father that he would burn down their home if the old man did not buy him a burger and return home fast, a petty trader was today sentenced to five months’ jail.

MOH to re-evaluate RM50,000 compound issued to burger seller

PUTRAJAYA, April 27 — The Ministry of Health (MOH) will re-evaluate the case of a burger seller in Kelantan who was issued a RM50,000 compound on Sunday for violating the movement control order (MCO), including operating beyond 10pm, on whether to give a reduction or an exemption.
