KUALA LUMPUR,  April 15 — Malaysia recorded 10,413 new Covid-19 cases yesterday, with 99.5 per cent of them in category one and two, said Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

KLANG, July 12 — The Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital (HTAR) Covid-19 wards will receive an additional 151 beds today from the Ministry of Health (MOH) to take its total number of beds to 606.

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 29 — The Health Ministry has advised Covid-19 positive individuals to remain at home until medical personnel from district health centres arrive to take them to their designated hospitals.

SERDANG, Dec 19 — The Covid-19 Quarantine and Treatment Centre at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (PKRC MAEPS 2.0) with the capacity of 10,000 beds is expected to be ready next Friday.

PUTRAJAYA, Oct 31 — About 40 per cent of the 16,060 beds for treating Covid-19 patients at hospitals and Quarantine and Low Risk Treatment Centres (PKRC) nationwide are being used as of 10 pm on Thursday.

KOTA KINABALU, Oct 29 — Thus far only 52.5 per cent of the total of 7,237 beds in hospitals and treatment centres designated to treat Covid-19 patients in Sabah have been used to treat infected individuals, said Sabah Local Government and Housing Minister Datuk Masidi Manjun.

KOTA TINGGI, Oct 5 — The quarantine and treatment centres for low- risk patients available nationwide are ready to be reactivated if the increase in cases continues, Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Adham Baba said.
