GAZA, Oct 11 — The number of casualties from the carnage Israel has been unleashing on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,370 fatalities and 175,371 injuries, Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported.
Ten victims, along with 65 others who were injured, were rushed to hospitals in Gaza over the past 24 hours, health authorities in the Gaza Strip said in a statement Saturday.
The statement added that the death toll since the ceasefire was reached on October 11, 2025, soared to 1,481, while the number of injuries reached 5,254, with 836 bodies dug out.
It noted that 106 fatalities had been added to the cumulative death toll after their data had been completed and approved by the committee responsible for approving fatalities, since the last addition to the statistics on October 3.
The Israeli occupation forces are prosecuting their war against the Gaza Strip amid the unabated loss of life and mounting casualties, as the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip continues to fester.
